Another notable detail of this ref. 2526 is the typical vintage and original 18k winding crown, featuring a "PP" logo cut in relief—a distinctive stylized logo used on the crown for the first time.
The weight of the 18k Yellow gold relatively heavy handmade case on the wrist is a testament to quality that is both visible, tangible and in fantastic condition.
The original enamel dial, which was highly prone to cracking, was replaced by Patek Philippe in the 1970s with this much stronger and more durable dial, so that’s a worry less for the new owner.
This Great Preserved Vintage Patek comes as a Complete set, with the Patek Philippe box and the Extract from the Patek Philippe Archives confirming the date of sale March 18th 1958.

We are proud to offer a two-year warranty on every Rolex watch offered by us. Other brands come with a one-year warranty unless otherwise mentioned.
The warranty includes the functioning of the watch including the functioning of any present complications. Each watch is in properly working condition and is carefully checked and/or serviced by our professional team before shipment. Please keep in mind that vintage watches need to be treated with reasonable care by their owners.
Excluded from the warranty are: water damage, turn and push buttons, crystal, watch strap and clasp. Improper use or damage caused by the owner or third parties are not covered by our warranty.
All warranty claims must be directly reported to Timeless Vintage Watches. The warranty will be void if a third party worked on or opened the watch.
The warranty is non transferable and only valid to the original purchaser. With every claim the invoice or invoice number must be presented. Repairs without a valid invoice are also possible but will be made at your costs.
