This Rolex Sea-Dweller with reference 16600T is overall in great condition. It was produced in 2004 and comes as a very complete full set. Underneath the flat / no-cyclops sapphire crystal we’ll find a glossy dial with super luminova plots including white-gold hour marker surroundings. The 40mm stainless steel case is thick and in fantastic shape and is fitted on an Oyster bracelet with flip-lock clasp. The calibre 3135 movement was fully checked by our watchmaker and is running perfect.
The 16600T is the product of decades of research and development by Rolex that started in the mid sixties and later was in close collaboration with the French deep sea diving company COMEX. The round Helium (decompression) escape valve on the left side of the case makes it unique in the Rolex divers family. This 16600 one of the last production batches before this reference was discontinued in 2008. If you are looking for some more muscle than a Submariner, you should definitely take a look at this insane sharp Sea-Dweller.
