At Timeless we stand behind the quality and authenticity of our watches and products.
Shipping
Packages are normally shipped within 1 working day after receipt of payment. Inside the Netherlands we ship fully insured with PostNL or DHL Express. For the rest of the world we either ship with DHL Express or UPS, in both cases the parcel is fully insured and with tracking. Please contact us if you prefer your watch to be shipped with another courier.
Shipping delivery times:
Europe: 1 to 2 days
Rest of the World: 3 to 4 days
Your watch(es) and items are carefully packaged in sturdy boxes and are well-protected.
Returns
At Timeless we stand behind the quality and authenticity of our watches and products. For us there is nothing more important than a honest and transparent transaction that makes you happy. Whenever something goes wrong, we promise you that we will do everything in our power to make it right.
As a customer you always have the right to return your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days after receiving the watch. As long as the returned products are in the exact same condition as they left our office. The return period expires 14 days after the day you received the product. To make use of your right to return, please e-mail us via info@timelessvintage.watch or use the contact form. We kindly ask you to return the product in the original packaging.
Refund
All products in original, unworn condition may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund to the original payment method or exchange. All watches must be returned including all original packaging and paperwork. In case of a return you will receive the payment of your purchase, not including delivery costs for initial shipment as soon as possible. The customer is responsible for the costs and risks for the return shipment.
