At Timeless Vintage Watches, we believe in providing our customers with peace of mind and confidence in their purchase. That's why we are proud to offer a two-year warranty on every Rolex watch in our collection. Other brands come with a one-year warranty unless otherwise mentioned.

Our warranty covers the functioning of the watch, including any present complications, and ensures that each timepiece is in proper working condition before shipment. Our professional team carefully checks and services each watch to ensure that it meets our rigorous standards for quality and authenticity.

However, please keep in mind that vintage watches require reasonable care from their owners to maintain their condition and functionality.

While our warranty covers the functioning of the watch, it does exclude: water damage, turn and push buttons, crystal, watch strap, and clasp. Any damage caused by improper use by the owner or third parties is also not covered.

In the event of a warranty claim, please contact Timeless Vintage Watches directly. The warranty will be void if a third party worked on or opened the watch. The warranty is non-transferable and only valid for the original purchaser. A valid invoice or invoice number must be presented for any claim, and repairs without a valid invoice will be made at the customer's cost.
